Step 1 - Go to AIDA's Login Page

Step 2 - Select the blue 'Sign Up' button

Step 3 - Provide the appropriate information

Step 4 - Select the green 'Sign Up' button

Step 5 - Select the Activation Link

Step 6 - Send Confirmation Code and Enter accordingly

You now have access to your AIDA Dashboard!

Step 1 – Go to AIDA’s Login Page

Go to: https://aidahealthcare.com and select the ‘Login / Sign Up’ button.

Step 2 – Select the blue ‘Sign Up’ button

Step 3 – Provide the appropriate information

There are multiple fields that are required to be filled. In the field, “Search for the business you wish to register for”, please use the keyword search to begin typing the legal business name. You will then be able to select the correct Care Provider in the dropdown.

Note: You want to select your Organization, not the Organization that you anticipate to receive referrals from.

Once the Care Provider is selected, you will be prompted to agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and BAA.

Step 4 – Select the green ‘Sign Up’ button

After agreeing to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and BAA you may continue to the next page by clicking on the green ‘Sign Up’ button

Step 5 – Select the Activation Link

Open an email that you should have received from AIDA based on the email you entered in the field: “Work email”

• If you do not receive it immediately, check your Spam or Junk folders as your email servicer may have identified the email as such.

Select the ‘Activation Link’ to confirm your email and proceed to the next step

Step 6 – Send the Confirmation Code and Enter accordingly

Select the ‘Call’ or ‘Fax’ button for the Confirmation Code to be sent:

• The phone and fax numbers are pulled from the numbers associated with the business license
• These numbers are not configurable at this point, you may update your communication preferences once this step is completed.
• If the phone or fax listed is not readily available, please call (206) 203-2432

The Confirmation Code is valid for 30 minutes

• If unable to enter within 30 minutes, you must select the 'Call' or 'Fax' button to resend

Select the ‘Submit’ button to finalize sign up process

You now have access to your AIDA Dashboard!

• If you are the first user to access the Care Provider dashboard, you will be prompted to build a profile
  • It is recommended that you spend some time accurately completing the Provider Profile to ensure that your availability and the services that you provide are current
