Resetting Your Password
If you are trying to log into AIDA but cannot remember your password, resetting it is easy!
First, click the Forgot Password link on the Provider Login page

You will be brought to the Password Recovery page where you can enter your email address.

After you enter your password and click SEND, you will see a notification letting you know that the reset link was sent.
If you see a message saying your account is disabled - please reach out to AIDA's Customer Care team at support@aidahealthcare.com so we can assist you with reactivating your account.

Once the reset link is sent, you will receive an email with a PASSWORD RESET LINK. Click the blue link in the email to continue to the next step.
NOTE: There is a possibility that the email may go to your spam/junk folder. Please check there if you do not see it in your inbox within a few minutes.

Once you click the link, you will be redirected to a page to reset your password.
The requirements for a password are as follows:
- 12 characters with at least
- one uppercase letter
- one lowercase letter
- one number
- one special character
